This is the first season of Full Metal Panic!.they are all english Dub and in a AVI format. if there is any thing wrong with any of them just let me know and i will do my best to help. the 24th (last) episode is actually just a compressed version of episode 23. Really sucks when you want to see how it finally ends... Then that happens.
The rest of it is fine. The English dub is excellent, btw. No subs though.
